Important Registration Note
Registration is required for all participants of SADASC'27.
To be published in the SADASC'27 Conference Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the conference Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter.
Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to the conference start.
Registration fees include conference sessions, conference proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks.

Two days of conference attendance, the proceedings, lunches, and coffee breaks.
Each additional accepted paper requires its own registration fee.
At least one author must register per paper. Co-authors who wish to attend register — and pay — separately. All author registrations are non-refundable.
Registration is only confirmed once the corresponding fee has been paid in full.
Bank transfer is the only accepted method of payment.
After the transfer, email your proof of payment
Send to ocsi.assoc@gmail.com with:
- A scanned copy of your payment, mentioning your full name and the paper ID(s).
- A scanned copy of your student ID — students only.
